    The program duration is self-paced and typically takes 6 to 9 months to complete, depending on your time and commitment.
  • How many hours per week will I be expected to work?
    The program accommodates both full-time and part-time hours, with the schedule based on the business's needs. Fewer hours will extend the program duration. You will also receive training at the sales desk as part of your program experience.
  • Will there be any assignments or tasks to complete outside of the program?
    There are no mandatory assignments or tasks outside of paid hours in the self-paced program. However, you can choose to excel by taking additional tasks and expediting your progress. The choice is yours.
  • If I already have industry experience and a strong client base, is it necessary for me to complete this program?
    Completing the program is valuable, even if you have industry experience and a strong client base. It provides a well-rounded understanding of salon operations, business foundations, and personal branding, contributing to your long-term success.
  • Will I be working with mannequins as part of the program?
    We provide mannequins for program assessments, gradually progressing your skills to working with live models for a comprehensive learning experience that prepares you for real-world scenarios.
  • Am I allowed to have guests during the program?
    You are allowed to have guests, particularly your Top Three Guests, during scheduled hours. They can be friends and family members who receive discounted services. As you progress, you'll have more opportunities to serve additional guests and expand your clientele. The ultimate objective is to build your confidence and skills, leading you to graduate and transition into serving guests full-time from behind the chair.
  • What kind of compensation can I expect?
    You can expect hourly pay, including gratuities, with increasing rates as you advance through the program. Additional income opportunities include retail bonus commissions and other incentives, growing your earning potential as you develop in the program.
